Operations
for our progressive, expanding practice located in the Beautiful
Chesapeake Bay area of Hampton Roads. We are located just 45

Some of the duties
will be to mediate meetings, implement Q/A studies, train new staff,
conduct performance evaluations yearly, monitor budget, etc….
Current certification designation is required and a Bachelor of Arts in
related field a plus but not required. A minimum of seven years of
direct experience in a large ophthalmic practice with hands on
management experience required.
